The Digital Enlightenment project provides information on various hardware and software projects relating to lighting technology and DMX. Due to time constraints, however, the project has been suspended and only the existing project resources are still available.
The best-known and defining product is the so-called DE-Interface, an active USB-DMX interface that also supports DMX-In. All information on how to build it yourself can be downloaded from the project page.
This project resulted in other interesting products that were needed and used as part of the Spirit project.
